We want you to absolutely love and adore your order!
However, if you are not happy with your purchase please follow
the instructions below. 

Return times
Ship returns within 14 days of receiving it. Please fill out your name, order number and garment details correctly for less complication. Please email customercare.blackbirdboutique@gmail.com for a shipping label. 

Item conditions
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained (make-up, fake tan) or altered in any way. We do not accept returns on earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons. Rejected garment/s can be sent back at customers expense.

Returned shipping cost
Returns can be shipped back using standard shipment. Express shipping is not required, as return shipment times is not included in the 14 days. Returned shipping cost will be customer's expense.

Note: Lose threads are not deemed as faulty. If an item is deem faulty, we will send out a replacement.

Exchange
If you require a replacement size, color or alternative item/s, please email our customercare.blackbirdboutique@gmail.com team for an exchange. However, if the exchange item/s is not available, we will issue you a Online Voucher.
