Ship returns within 14 days of receiving it. Please fill out your name, order number and garment details correctly for less complication. Please email email@example.com for a shipping label.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained (make-up, fake tan) or altered in any way. We do not accept returns on earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons. Rejected garment/s can be sent back at customers expense.
Returned shipping cost
Returns can be shipped back using standard shipment. Express shipping is not required, as return shipment times is not included in the 14 days. Returned shipping cost will be customer's expense.

If you require a replacement size, color or alternative item/s, please email our email@example.com team for an exchange. However, if the exchange item/s is not available, we will issue you a Online Voucher.
